Can I choose my delivery date?

Yes! Simply contact us, and we’ll arrange a delivery slot that works best for you.

What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered?

If your order hasn’t arrived, don’t worry. Simply contact us by email at info@woodera.co.uk or call us, and we’ll arrange a new delivery slot for you.

Deliveries are made between 7am and 7pm, and we will call you in advance to confirm your delivery time.

Will I need to help my delivery driver?

No, you won’t need to help. Our drivers handle everything during delivery, and for safety reasons, they are not insured for customer injuries. So please, sit back and relax while we do all the hard work.

What access is needed for my delivery?

Our drivers are contracted to provide kerbside drop-offs only. They are unable to bring orders through your home, ensuring the safety of both you and your property.

If you have added our installation service, please note that the team will require full access to your garden.

What size vehicle will deliver my order?

We operate 3.5 tonne, 7.5 tonne, and 17-tonne vehicles. Your garden building may arrive on any of these, depending on your location and the time of year.

If you live in an area where access is difficult for larger vehicles, please let us know as soon as possible. Likewise, if your area requires a parking permit, contact us in advance.

What happens if my order is not delivered on the day I chose?

We apologise if your delivery does not arrive on the expected day. Occasionally, unforeseen events may cause delays.

To resolve this, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery date that suits your schedule.

How are your products delivered?

All Woodera products are fully bespoke and made to order, which means they require some time to be carefully crafted. Typically, you can expect delivery within 4–6 weeks of placing your order, though we always aim to make this process as fast as possible.

Our garden buildings are delivered on vehicles of various sizes, depending on the product. The largest vehicle we use is a 17-tonne truck, similar in size to a dustbin lorry.

Windows and doors are pre-assembled, while wall, roof, and floor sections are offloaded one log board at a time. Please note that all deliveries are kerbside only, so customers will need to move the parts to their desired location on the property.

There must be sufficient space for the delivery vehicle to operate safely. If you have concerns about access to your property, please contact our team for guidance.

Simply leave a signed note inside your door, visible to our drivers, giving them permission to drop your order in your absence.
